The Brief
In this Bellevue Hill investment property, the client engaged our services to renovate 2 bathrooms and the kitchen of the apartment.
We were working to a tight budget and strict deadlines as the client was keen to have the property leased.
The Job
The perception of space in the kitchen was maximised by lowering the height of the kitchen island. This opened the room, providing better visibility into the courtyard and dining areas. New cabinetry was installed and the floorboards were replaced.
The original tiled flooring of the bathroom was demolished and a fresh modern design gave this Bellevue Hill apartment a new lease of life.
On completion of the work, the investor was able to rent the property for 80% more than prior to the renovation. A fantastic return on investment!
