In this Westleigh home renovation, the owners had recently purchased the house from an older couple who were retiring. The previous owners had been there for many years so the house was an older style. The young couple set out to modernise their space, at the same time, bringing in all the things that people wish for in a home.
The Job
This Westleigh home renovation was a full home makeover that included bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living areas, new floors and a repaint.
We converted the master bedroom to include a double sized ensuite and a huge walk-in wardrobe. There were a number of structural changes including replacing a massive beam in the house, removing walls, moving walls and expanding stairs. The kitchen was renovated and a feature area with a huge tv and fireplace setting was incorporated.
